SUMMARY |
There had been 7 ice ages since glaciation first took place on teh earth some 4.5 billon years ago. What kind of influences had glaciers had on the change of the climate? Large mammals, sucha s mammoths and rhinoceroses, had come to a mass extinction due to such extreme climatic condition. Yet, men had survived the harsh weather. In this series we shall explore the life of the humans during the ice age and how they adapted and overcame the nature. Also we will look into the family history and life of the penguins, such as how they lose their brood eggs during the attack by their foe, the skuas. |
